Benefits card

Submit your Benefits Card documentation using your smartphone, your tablet or online.

You can send us your Benefits Card transaction receipts, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), invoices or other documentation using your Android or Apple mobile device or from your computer.

How do I know my purchase needs documentation?

You’ll usually know within a couple of days of your purchase (with rare exceptions) because we’ll send you an email telling you. Once you receive the email, you can use your mobile device or go online to submit the requested documentation.


Mobile

Sending us your documentation from your mobile device couldn’t get much easier than this:

  1. Log into My Mobile Account Assistant and your account on your tablet or smartphone.
  2. Tap on the Benefits Card icon.
  3. If transactions need documentation, they're displayed on the Benefits Card Transaction screen.
  4. Tap on the red document icon and take a photo of your documentation or load the documentation from your photo library.

Online

  1. Log into My Account Assistant and your account online at www.ebcflex.com.
  2. Click the "View Transactions" button in the "Documentation Required" dialog box.
  3. If transactions need documentation, they're displayed on the Benefits Card Transaction screen.
  4. Click "Upload Documentation" to attach and submit supporting documents.

Other options?

Sure. You can still fax or send us documentation using the U.S. Mail. But once you try sending documentation using your mobile device or online, you’ll agree it’s easier and a lot more convenient..
