Like all health care debit cards, the BennyTM Benefits Card must comply with specific IRS regulations. They ensure that cardholders only use it to pay for items and services that are eligible under the EBC HRASM.

Our materials help BennyTM Benefits Card participants use their cards in the most convenient way. Each participant who is eligible for the EBC HRA receives a detailed flyer that explains BennyTM, has easy access to a list of retailers where they can use the card, and receives communications throughout the plan year to notify them of BennyTM changes, if any.
