My Account Administrator is our employer portal. It offers all the essentials, including account usage data, invoices, payments, and forms and materials. We’ve also built a wealth of convenient web tools into My Account Administrator – our clients can enroll and remove participants throughout the plan year, renew their plan online and generate custom reports.
My Account Assistant allows participants to track their balances and claims, review key plan design details, and download forms and information. We’ve also given them the convenience of filing claims, managing their personal information and signing up for direct deposit online.
We regularly enhance both portals to provide even more information and tools, in an easy-to-find manner.

We assign each of our EBC HRA clients to a dedicated Client Liaison, a personal source of account information and assistance. All of our Client Liaisons have a direct phone number and email address for quick contact.
Our Participant Services Representatives have the experience to understand and explain participants' unique EBC HRA plan designs, helping them use their plan effectively.
