We allow EBC HRA participants to file their claims online or using a standard Claim Form. We recommend our online claim-filing tool whenever possible. It's smart, simple and secure, verifying participants' information on the spot and sending it straight to our administration system using a secure connection.
Once we receive participants' claims, regardless of the channel, we process them within two business days and send reimbursements according to the employer's chosen schedule.
