To get started today, participants can log into their account. Once logged in, they simply hover over the "Claims & Payments" link in the menu and click the "File a Claim" link.

As participants provide information about their claim, our tool checks to ensure it's valid. For instance, if a participant enters a service date that's outside of their current plan year, the tool will let them know. They can correct it on the spot and rest assured that they'll get their reimbursement on the first try.

When participants file a claim online, their information goes directly from the participant web portal, My Account Assistant, to our administration system using a secure connection.
Along with our online claim-filing tool, we've launched an improved Claims History page. Participants can now view a simple list of the claims they've filed, sorted by year, and click each claim to expand it and view its details. This makes it easier to find a claim, see whether each expense was approved, and find the associated reimbursement.
