The Answer Book is a convenient and informative source for all things BESTflex Plan in Adobe® PDF format. The information in the Answer Book is intended to be your reference, answering general questions about your plan.

The Answer Book contains information on plan administration subjects, such as Employee Benefits Corporation’s website, BESTflex Plan documents, invoicing and payments, reimbursement of claims, reimbursement funding, medical excess, BESTflex Plan Reports and how to handle new hires.
The book also describes Section 125 Administration specific topics like qualifying events, leaves of absence, termination of participants, joint notification, nondiscrimination testing, forfeitures, 2-1/2 month grace period, 5500 returns and how the plan is affected by COBRA and HIPAA governance.
