Our COBRASecureSM administration is centered on COBRA compliant notices. We help participants and employers manage their COBRA coverage by offering simple premium payments and detailed reports.
Over 50 percent of court cases involving COBRA violations stem from COBRA notices, whether the content is not compliant, the notice is incorrectly issued, or the notice is simply not provided. COBRASecure provides compliant notices in all the situations that require them.

We want it to be easy for participants to pay their monthly premiums on time, so we provide premium coupons for their COBRA coverage. They simply return a coupon with a check or money order.
Participants can make paying premiums even easier by signing up for Direct Payment, which lets Employee Benefits Corporation automatically debit their checking or savings account for each monthly premium.
On the tenth day of each month, Employee Benefits Corporation sends a premium disbursement check to the client. The check accounts for all the premium payments we've received from participants, and the client then uses it to pay the insurance carrier.

We generate several reports for our clients' COBRASecure accounts. They are conveniently available on the employer web portal, My Account Administrator, helping our clients manage their account. Our reports provide important details about the status of COBRA participants, COBRA enrollments and terminations, premium payments and more.
