The employer portal, My Account Administrator, lets our clients manage all aspects of their account. They can review account usage, view invoices and payments, and download forms and materials. We’ve also built a wealth of convenient web tools into My Account Administrator:

Our online renewal tools allow our clients to renew their plans, make

plan design enhancements and update participant data for the next year.
Our clients can also generate reports with custom date ranges, plan years and file format. EBC HRA clients can even view reports broken down by expense types for a detailed look at how participants are using the plan.
Internet Enrollment adds convenience to the FSA open enrollment period by allowing employees to enroll on our website, and employers to review and approve the elections after the open enrollment period.
